Session durations, package details, membership benefits, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated periodically.
Clients may reschedule sessions with reasonable advance notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited at KBG's discretion.
Membership services remain active until the end of the current billing period if a subscription is canceled.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not create entitlement to a prorated refund for unused time within the current billing cycle.
We are committed to providing meaningful and valuable coaching experiences.
If you do not believe your coaching session provided value, please contact us within seven (7) days of the session. We will review your concerns and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement session or a refund.
